PacifiCorp to offload some rural Oregon service as wildfire costs mount

The move comes after PacifiCorp said it would sell most of its Washington assets to PGE and as it seeks approval to sell its share of the Boardman‑to‑Hemingway transmission line to a subsidiary of its parent company.
