[Rec] Anime for newbies who create fanart

I was thinking, if I tend to create fanart or fanfiction of anime that I like, I want to be sure that I can reasonably share it with others. One of the gold standards of such permissive engagement is Touhou Project. Which animes do you think are closest to Touhou in that sense? Here’s a few that came to mind after some initial research, based on doujin prevalence. (also in MAL interest stack form)
