Lesvos livestock farmers block Mesotopos demanding mass vaccination

The Lesvos Livestock Farmers’ Cooperative is calling for the immediate implementation of a universal vaccination programme for all sheep and goats in the area, following what it described as a fruitless meeting on 17 April with the political leadership of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food on efforts to tackle foot-and-mouth disease.
