Existing Micro.one payment failure

Hia, I’ve had a Micro.one account for the last year, recently I started getting emails that my payment card needs to get updated, which I would do, but just now I received an email saying my payment has failed. I’m assuming this is because the $1/m sub has been depreciated. I read that current Micro.one accounts wouldn’t be effected and the price would be honored indefinitely. So not sure what’s going on, any way I can fix this so I can keep the $1/m? Thanks!
