Can't cancel subscription | No replies to email

Hi @manton I want to cancel my subscription before deleting my account, but the page freezes every time I click the Cancel Subscription button (across multiple browsers). I wrote to help@micro.blog two week ago and then again last week, but I have not received any response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
