  "textContent": "Ran the downhill mile in Durham tonight. I wanted to set a significantly faster time than I had on the memorial mile back in June. A mile's not that far, especially when you're loping down as quickly as your heavy legs will take you. I made it down in 5:36 or thereabouts, which was a full minute faster than I was able to complete it on the flats. I'm pleased with that result, but I'm convinced that I could have done in under 5:30 if I'd just pushed a little harder.",
