It is about as entertaining as the concert though — fun in the moment, over the top and not all that memorable. There are a few twists (it wouldn’t be a Shyamalan movie without them) and Saleka capably navigates the transition from idolized pop star, to real person and then a turn as hero. Hartnett is committed and excellent throughout — but I’ve been a Hartnett fan since The Faculty and am embarrassing number of rewatches and the gift of time has permanently welded that movie into my brain.",
