I found a couple issues: Willow Tree leaves are horrifically laggy, and can cause issues which could cause the Luanti application to suddenly crash on weaker devices (4GB RAM or less), also I have no idea if saplings can grow in different biomes.

I also noticed incompatibility with the Maple Tree mod, which surprisingly is absent from this mod.

Also, are there any changes underwater in Ethereal? Since I installed a mod that adds additional underwater decorations.
