Sure. Here's a brief introduction: https://minetest-mods.github.io/index.html , section "Repository transfer". Your post is already a request, thus no need to duplicate it elsewhere. Please transfer the affected repositories to one of the minetest-mods owners (possibly me?), such that they can be moved into the organisation after reviewing. If the instructions are still unclear, please ask.

Note: I cannot guarantee that all mods will be accepted. For example, duplicated mods (in terms of functionality they offer) or modpacks containing non-original mods might be rejected.
