I suggest you read Player Spawn Algorithm.

You would probably like to set a Static Spawnpoint with that setting, or „Statische Einstiegsposition“ in your native language. This setting will apply across any world when you play though; it is not a setting that you can apply per-world (settings attached to one world are unfortunately uncommon.. mostly it is just the mapgen settings in map_meta.txt)
