New Zealand’s Bird Flu Racket

As anyone knows – if they have been following confirmation that gain-of-function bioengineering was used to make Covid-19 and the dangerous vaccines that seemed to be the point all along – plandemic profiteering and its requisite fear propaganda seem to be the chosen weapon du jour against humanity.

Amongst the queue of manufactured plagues we have observed in the wings, we have been warning the public about the role that bird flu plays in the burgeoning One Health agenda for at least two years. So we welcome the work of Clare Swinney MSc (Hons) in exposing New Zealand’s “ nationally-coordinated program led by central government ” of “ avian influenza preparedness planning ”.

Her meticulous April 2026 article, NZ’s Public Sector Methodically Pre-conditioned to Expect Bird Flu Pandemic, One Following the Covid-19 Blueprint, provides detail via freedom of information request responses, of extensive “ pre-conditioning, cultivating of trust and indoctrination[of]local government employees”. Without public disclosure, the NZ taxpayer has been bankrolling a vast outlay of funds for some years, with activities reportedly accelerating in the past 12 months.

It is clear that, as our public servants are indoctrinated into believing that bird flu, or, as it is more alarmingly known, highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), has suddenly become a risk of nature requiring extraordinary and extraordinarily expensive reactionary responses, no mention is made of the poorly veiled biowarfare being waged in laboratories across the globe. The folk tale Henny Penny, also titled Chicken Little, comes to mind.

The Sky is Falling!

The phrase “The sky is falling!” features prominently in the story, and has passed into the English language as a common idiom indicating a hysterical or mistaken belief that disaster is imminent … a chick believes that the sky is falling when an acorn falls on its head. The chick decides to tell the king and, on its journey, meets other animals which join it in the quest. After this point, there are many endings. In the most familiar, a fox joins them, leads them to its lair, and then eats them all.

In today’s real life version of this tale, it seems that the lair is an intentional obliteration of food supplies. At exactly the same time as multimillion dollar projects aim to enforce experimental medical interventions into natural meat sources by the same entities introducing laboratory-grown meat substitutes.

In her 2020 publication Oneness vs the One Per Cent, Indian environmentalist, physicist and human rights advocate Vandana Shiva exposes the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as waging war on life. Hear her speak about the harmful, monopolistic agricultural practices being imposed on Indian farmers by Gates in this 2023 interview.

Throughout history, eugenicist philosophy – often justified with pseudoscience – has caused mass starvation events as a result of power falling into the wrong hands. New Zealand’s local and district councils, and those advising them, would do well to read and understand the historical precedent of blind belief in a false and dangerous narrative advanced by ultra-powerful megalomaniacs attempting to control information, food, public health, scientific research and property rights, if not humanity itself.

The case of Trofim Lysenko “ darkly illustrates the disastrous intrusion of politics and ideology into the affairs of science ”. In a disturbing parallel to the silencing of scientists and doctors speaking against authority today, Lysenko dismissed, imprisoned and even executed over 3,000 scientists during Joseph Stalin’s regime. His pseudoscientific agricultural policies, held up as a single source of truth, resulted in the loss of many millions of lives.

Vaccine-mandated psychiatrist and Professor of Bioethics Dr Aaron Kheriarty compared today’s scientism with historical pseudoscientific ideologies such as that of Karl Marx and Adolf Hitler in his 2022 article Technocracy and Totalitarianism. He defines scientism as an unprovable and politically motivated ideology placing science in the realm of a religious belief. Scientism practices the same oppression of dissent as fascist regimes, defined as the melding of state and corporate power.

In December 2024, 200,000 chickens were culled at a Mainland Poultry farm in Otago. As Clare Swinney highlights, the idea that mere exposure to a virus justifies total extermination of entire flocks contradicts very basic immunology. At the same time it creates the illusion of a deadly disease responsible for mass deaths in fact caused by deliberate slaughter such as the gunning down of nearly 400 healthy Canadian ostriches in November 2025. She exposes the fact that cattle are also in the sights of those who consider mass livestock culling as a public health intervention.

Swinney’s article links to an April 2026 Environment Canterbury meeting with district councillors on local implementation of the One Health agenda. Some interesting statements by the ECan presenter include discussion of a vaccine clinical trial for endangered bird species including kākāpō, takahē, kakī, shore plover and kākāriki. Once vaccinated, should all the wild birds drop dead, how do they intend to exclude vaccine harm as the cause, if their eyes are wide shut and looking in the opposite direction, as seems typical of vaccine fanatics these days?

The ECan presenter also emphasises the importance of the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) being the “single source of truth at this time for official information and guidance”. Have they learned nothing? Key to this “truth” is no doubt their own One Health Approach for HPAI H5N1 which states:

… a One Health approach involves central government agencies working together with industry, local government, iwi and hapū, community groups and other key stakeholders to prepare for and respond to an outbreak.

Who are the “ other key stakeholders ” unnamed in this document? Te Whatu Ora have admitted to purchasing CSL Seqiris H5N1 vaccines. The quantity and cost remain undisclosed, in order for “ Health NZ to carry out, without prejudice or disadvantage, commercial activities.” Swinney’s article also identifies another corporate stakeholder: Baxter Healthcare. So we know of at least two. Clearly our government are working – again – in the framework of fascism: a melding of state and corporate power , with commercial sensitivities overriding the right of citizens to know how their taxes are being spent.

Swinney also discusses the issue of the World Health Organization (WHO) Assistant Director-General of Health Promotion, Disease Prevention and Care Dr Jeremy Farrar and his 2005 bird flu epidemic hoax whilst in Vietnam. He was appointed director of the Wellcome Trust in 2013, which had supported his work at the Hospital of Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh since 1996. We wrote about the nefarious background and behaviours of Dr Farrar in February 2023.

It should come as no surprise that One Health Aotearoa’s Professor Nigel French has connections to the Wellcome Trust, as well as other infectious disease establishments with ties to such figures as Tedros Ghebreyesus, Director-General at WHO. This alone does not prove that Professor French is engaged in gain of function research (the modern terminology for biowarfare research). It does however, illustrate that he is embedded into the financial architecture being built around us.

The Catastrophic Contagion pandemic simulation in 2022, an Event 201 style war game, features Jeanne Meserve, an International Security Analyst for Canadian CTV, acting out a media announcement that:

... after SARS, MERS, Zika, Ebola and Covid, governments were not better prepared … the most successful countries are those which invested in preparedness, and trained for this moment years in advance. This included having full time pandemic preparedness and response teams which conducted detailed operational planning and routinely tested those plans through exercises and drills.

Repeated and intense trainings like this are not representative of public health, but of warfare techniques needed to control information, silence dissent, and force compliance with product consumption upon entire populations. These simulations are taking place frequently, usually involving partnerships between governments and the vaccine industry.

In February 2026 the government of South Korea hosted a fictional pandemic simulation exercise in partnership with the Centre for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovation (CEPI) and the International Vaccine Institute (IVI). The stated intent was “ to explore opportunities to strengthen Korean readiness to rapidly develop and test new vaccines in the event of a future pandemic threat. ”

In reading these statements from each website, remember that fascist regimes are defined as the melding of state and corporate power. Both of these organisations are heavily sponsored by the Gates Foundation.

In April 2026 the World Health Organization partnered with governments, “experts” and 25 “partners” for a two day high-level pandemic simulation named Polaris II, following on from Polaris I in April 2025. World Health Organization sponsor Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance have a page dedicated to exploring the features of each possible cause for “the next pandemic”. It is safe to assume that each of these pathogens is being experimented on in gain of function research.

An anonymous informant has disclosed to Swinney that councillors are being duped into local implementation of a global agenda by overly excited academics. Some of whom receive public funds to search for germs in duck poo! Not to mention unelected bureaucrats such as Dr Sir Ashley Bloomfield.

Unfortunately, many people attending the planning meetings are not aware that they are the targets of a sophisticated psychological operation or psyop. One who was aware, is a concerned informant who wishes to remain unnamed called “Barbara” (not real name). Barbara has been attending “bird flu” planning meetings and receiving related emails for over a year now and believes she and her colleagues are being subjected to a program of fear-based propaganda, that follows the Covid-19 blueprint at the behest of the World Economic Forum , among others.​​​​​​​

Woven into the fabric of our new biosecurity state, Swinney outlines three main motives: profits, depopulation and digital control, all discussed publicly by various high profile advocates and sponsors of the pseudoscience establishing itself so firmly into our systems. She calls for an understanding of the propaganda being used to control public opinion, including that of dangerously naiive public servants, local and district councillors helping to implement the global agenda.

Talk to your local government representatives and your MPs about this now. Unless this pandemic machine is stopped, the harm to our children and to our society is going to be catastrophic. Let’s do what we can now to stop it.
