Not to be confused with the Robin Williams classic, Dead Poet’s Society is a rock band that formed from Berklee College in Boston. They fuse funk and soul elements into the hard rock genre. Tracks like “.intoodeep.” and “HURT” really flesh out their sound as a band. It’s no surprise they’ve been receiving airplay and coverage.

Admittedly, they’re a relatively new band on the scene. The group has only delivered two full-length records. Don’t let that fool you. The quality of these two LPs is second to none. …
