After four decades as the relentless driving force behind Skid Row, bassist, songwriter, and co-founder, Rachel Bolan is stepping into an entirely new spotlight. For the first time in his career, Rachel is going solo under the name BOLAN and releasing his debut LP on June 12 titled, Gargoyle of the Garden State.
