There’s a small island off the coast of Chile with almost a thousand monolithic figures: three of which can be seen on the cover of the four-movement Easter Island Suite (Acoustical Concepts) by Philadelphia composer-trumpeter-producer-educator John Vanore and his Abstract Truth big-band.
