Drake shared the location of the structure, which is on the corner of Dundas and Bond St., on April 20th, 2026. The Iceman structure inspired significant media and social media attention as people flocked to see it and attempted to melt or destroy the structure to get the release date early. Many videos and images showing people destroying the structure are AI-generated memes. Twitch streamer Kishka started a fire on top of the structure and managed to knock a block off the top on stream, going viral. The incident reportedly inspired a temporary police presence at the structure.
