Port: Populists repudiated as Gov. Armstrong goes 19-1 in North Dakota legislative races

Gov. Kelly Armstrong, and the candidates he backed, had a very good night. But for 17 votes in Grand Forks, he would have had a clean sweep in the legislative races he endorsed in.
