Arizona brothers indicted on drug, money laundering charges, accused of mailing meth to rural North Dakota

Alexander and German Santillanes conspired to ship several pounds of meth from Arizona to Gwinner, North Dakota, through the U.S. Mail, a newly unsealed federal case says.
