Red flag warning issued for 29 Minnesota counties, 17 North Dakota counties

Counties under a red flag warning in western Minnesota include Clay, Becker, Otter Tail, Wilkin and Kandiyohi counties, and in eastern North Dakota include Cass, Grand Forks and Richland counties.
