Letter: Ensure the rule of law and the constitutional rights of all are protected

Members of the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Faith and Conviction Coalition are calling on "community leaders, especially elected city and county officials and the police and sheriff’s departments, to ensure that the rule of law and the constitutional rights of all people in our community are protected and maintained."
