Mexico tops 10,000 confirmed measles cases in 2026

Mexico has accumulated 16,579 confirmed cases of measles from Epidemiological Week (EW) 1 of 2025 through EW 16 of 2026, in addition to 36 deaths associated with complications stemming from the disease.
