Costa Rica: E. coli outbreak sickens more than 100 at Alajuela prison

Costa Rica health officials report an outbreak of Escherichia coli at La Reforma Penitentiary Center, in Alajuela, which has caused gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting in more than 100 people, including inmates and staff.
