"textContent": "Amazon Prime Day kicks off next week and we're expecting to see some of the best LEGO deals of the year during the event. Before that happens, though, Target has dropped its own sale on LEGO sets that is absolutely worth taking a look at. You can check out the full sale for yourself, but I've pulled out the best things offered there for your convenience.\n\n## Target LEGO Sale Today - Top Deals\n\nNone of the sets in Target's sale are new for 2026, but there are some great builds in here at great prices. First up there's the LEGO Speed Champions Delorean from Back to the Future. Technically it's called a \"Time Machine\", but it's obviously a Delorean and we all know it. At $22.39 this is the lowest price we've ever seen on this set. Amazon has matched the price if you'd rather buy it there.\n\nSpeaking of traveling through time, the LEGO version of da Vinci's famous flying machine has also dropped to its lowest price ever. This is an 18+ set with under 500 pieces, but the end result is an awesome display set for only $40. It even includes a mechanism to flap the wings if you want to play around with it.\n\nFor both adults and kids who love anything space related, there's the LEGO Technic NASA Artemis Space Launch System Rocket. This is a recreation of the same heavy-lift rocket that took astronauts to the moon earlier this year, and as a Technic set, it actually lets you recreate three stages of rocket separation. With this discount, this is also the lowest price we've ever seen on this set.\n\nLast but not least, the LEGO Icons Bumblebee set has dropped back down to its lowest price ever. There have only been three LEGO Transformers sets released so far and Bumblebee is by far the cheapest, so an extra discount is notable. LEGO is supposedly retiring this set at the end of July, so we're likely to see this deal continue through next month.\n\n### Should you wait for Prime Day deals?\n\nWith Prime Day 2026 taking place just next week, you may be wondering if it's better to wait until then to do any LEGO shopping. Prime Day _is_ one of the best times to buy LEGO sets at a discount, but that doesn't mean these same sets are going to be discounted during the event. All of the deals I've highlighted from Target here are absolutely worth considering right now, assuming you see something you like.\n\nWith that in mind, we are certainly going to see _more_ LEGO deals kick off next week. The LEGO Store even offered its own summertime sale during Prime Day last year, so it's overall a great time to find savings on some really cool sets.\n\n_Jacob Kienlen is a Senior Audience Development Strategist and Writer for IGN.
