"textContent": "All of the new LEGO releases for June are now available to buy, and there's a lot to choose from this time around. Unlike last month, however, there are surprisingly few new Star Wars sets to choose from. In fact, there are only two: The Up-Scaled Darth Vader Minifigure and the Imperial Remnant AT-AT Driver Helmet.\n\nDespite a smaller selection for June, one of these sets is already so popular the LEGO Store that it's hit backorder status on day one. The giant Darth Vader Minifigure is available to purchase, but it won't ship out for another 60 days when purchased directly from LEGO. If you want to get it faster than that, though, Target has stock available right now with a much shorter shipping window.\n\n## Up-Scaled Darth Vader Minifigure Available at Target\n\nIt's not hard to see what makes this set so popular. Many of the best Star Wars sets include a Darth Vader minifigure, but this is the first time we've gotten the option to build a much larger display model. This giant minifigure doesn't have quite the same range of motion as its smaller counterpart, but is actually made up of over 1,000 pieces and stands just over 11 inches tall. The right arm can only be attached in a couple of fixed positions to hold the lightsaber, but beyond that you can move his hands, left arm, head, and legs to all of the different positions you'd expect from a minifigure.\n\nSince it's on backorder at the LEGO Store, the only other place you can get it sooner is at Target. The retailer has this same set available at the same price with a two-day shipping window (for me atleast). There's also the option to pick it up directly at a store near you if they happen to have it in stock.\n\n### Is Target a Good Place to Buy LEGO Sets?\n\nConsidering the shipping delay from the LEGO Store, Target is definitely your best option for buying this particular set, but is it a good place to buy LEGO in general? The answer is essentially yes. Target will often have popular LEGO sets available that you can't find at other major retailers like Amazon and Walmart. The main disadvantage to purchasing a set at Target rather than the LEGO Store is that you won't accrue points for your purchase. The company used to allow you get LEGO Insider points on your Target LEGO purchases, but ended that pilot about a year ago.\n\n## More New LEGO Sets for June\n\nIf you're interested in all of the other new sets LEGO just dropped for June, you can check out some of the best ones in the carousel below. We're also tracking all of the new LEGO sets for 2026 if you're interested in perusing past releases from this year.",
