Boy, 13, who died 'getting in difficulty' at dam in Bank Holiday tragedy named and pictured

The 13-year-old has been named locally as Reco Puttock, from Bradford, and was pulled from the water at Leadbeater Dam in Halifax following a multi-agency rescue operation
