Woman 'has hair pulled out' in ladies' loo attack at Cheltenham Festival

The two women, believed to be mother and daughter, allegedly attacked a woman in her 20s by pulling out a clump of her hair and hitting her repeatedly around the head during the incident at Cheltenham Festival
