Bloke suffers horror injury after metal bar gets lodged up bum in 'accidental fall'

The man wash rushed to hospital after he "fell" on a metal bar an it got stuck up his bum, causing damage to his rectal wall and to the left ureter from the bladder wall to the renal pelvis
