How do you stop your body from freaking out?_\n\n\n\nJohn Anthony and I _attempt_ to answer these questions with some aplomb (though as you’ll see from the extended outro—the structure I brought to the episode cramped our usual meandering loquaciousness). We also sample another mizunara cask whisky. _“I’m just tasting wood, wood, wood.”_ Wood that I could! It was very animate.\n\nThese episodes are always tricky to ‘summarise’—let alone distil.
