Buying Starbucks Coffee Cups After a While

I don't particularly love coffee, but when I'm bored and don't eat anything sweet, coffee is naturally all I reach for. Even though I don't particularly love coffee, I have a Philips coffee machine at home that can grind whole beans. And sometimes when Starbucks merchandise goes on sale or I receive gift coupons, I tend to buy them at the store. Even though I don't particularly love coffee, that is. This pair of cups popped up at a very reasonable price on the Naver Starbucks official mall. I told myself a ridiculous reason, like summer is approaching and I'll need iced americanos... and ended up buying them. Starbucks cups, when you buy them, are quite well-made and of good quality. Especially the coating, it holds up pretty well even after time. It's one of my favorite cups; even after putting it in the dishwasher, its shine remains. Once, an elementary school friend of mine, after I made them coffee in that cup, said that coffee seems to taste better when drunk from a Starbucks cup. Since my friend wasn't very interested in coffee, I laughed it off, thinking, "No way." But when my friend said these cups subtly maintain the temperature, making the coffee taste better, I thought, "Oh? Really??" After hearing that, when I drank coffee from that cup, it really did feel that way... Of course, it's just a feeling; would the taste actually change? Nevertheless, for the joy of collecting small items to enjoy my alone time, I made up another ridiculous excuse today and bought coffee cups.
