Mellon Foundation renews and doubles support for the Employing Humanities initiative

Since its launch in 2023, the Employing Humanities initiative has been a resounding success, supporting hundreds of undergraduates and providing more than $1 million to bolster the initiative, which provides paid opportunities for students.  Now, it is poised to have an even greater impact. The Mellon Foundation has approved a $2 million grant renewal to the program, doubling its investment and enabling Employing Humanities to expand its reach.
