Congratulations to Lucia Parvolo in joining Surfing Giant Studios Europe as Concept Artist for an upcoming Disney animated series under NDA.

This new series from Jeff “Swampy” Marsh &Michael Hodges studio will be for Disney Channel and Disney+. This upcoming project was first revealed back in February, 2026 via DEADLINE when they reported that Surfing Giant Studios opened a new division for Spain, likely this new show will get revealed at Annecy, 2026 during Disney Branded Television’s Annecy offerings.

Since 2022, Surfing Giant has hired more 100 artists, as it’s pushed into both IP development and service work, and it is gearing up for another Disney series, this time in the action-adventure space. The company has a slate of projects across genres in development, and the Tenerife base will initially focus on 2D animation.
