  "textContent": "Just a recipe I cooked for tea tonight!\n  \n\n  \n\nIngredients\n\n   \nchicken pieces (1/2 chicken breast cut into bit size pieces)\n\n   100ml double cream\n\n   mustard\n\n   2 garlic cloves\n\n   1/4 green pepper\n\n   1/2 small zapallito (or courgette)\n\n   sweetcorn\n\n   few leaves fresh parsley\n\n   sprinkle of oregano\n\n   dash of cumin\n\n  1. \nfry the chicken and garlic in olive oil, after a few minutes, add the mustard and mix in well\n\n  2. \nonce the chicken is cooked, add the cream and the herbs\n\n  3. \nleave cooking until the cream starts to bubble, then add the vegetables\n\n  4. cook for a few minutes and serve with rice",
