Plasma creates second wireplumber instance, duplicates sound channels

I have wireplumber being managed by OpenRC, but for some reason Plasma tries to open wireplumber on launch, which makes the system treat one sound device like it's two and duplicates it in all the audio menus which is no good. I did some searching and...
