Installer in the base iso?

I am planning on migrating my laptop from CachyOS to Artix-dinit. I do like the configuration on CachyOS (niri+noctalia-shell, etc) but not systemd. As such, I would like to recreate the environment on Artix but the lack of a base installer makes...
