Do you have installed:
userspawn
userspawn-dinit
If yes, could you do
sudo dinitctl disable userspawn
sudo pacman -Rnscu userspawn userspawn-dinit
Restart your machine, and install userspawn with
sudo pacman -S userspawn-dinit
It will download...
