Steam Controller (2026) SDL inputs not working in some programs

I got my Steam Controller yesterday, and all Steam games seem to work fine after running "sudo modprobe uinput", but some programs outside of Steam (DuckStation and PCSX2) are not detecting controller inputs. Buttons bound to keyboard inputs work...
