cant communicate over lan (or something idk its weird)

So this problem started recently (idk if it was an update or something i did). I noticed when i tried to ssh into my laptop from my phone and it didn't work, giving me a 'No route to host' error. So then I do an nmap scan and notice the only 2 entries...
