Help SSL is not working

You need to distingush between “hosted” elsewhere and “registered” elsewhere. From your messages it seems that you are trying to say that the domain is registered elsewhere (on Namecheap), which is not useful information because where you register the domain have no effect on SSL certificates. There’s not really a visible issue on the screenshot you’ve shared, but you could try reinstalling it, or just wait for a bit longer.
