DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN on Active Hosting Account

Hello, My hosting account is active, and I can access both cPanel and File Manager without any issues. My website files are present in the htdocs directory. However, my domain lovestoblog.com returns DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN and does not resolve. I have also noticed that other users are experiencing the same issue with different .lovestoblog.com subdomains, so this appears to be a DNS provisioning or nameserver problem. Could you please check whether the DNS zone for my subdomain has been created correctly or if there is an ongoing DNS issue? Thank you.
