My website loads in PC but not mobile, may have accidentally deleted a file?

If it works somewhere then it has nothing to do with the server, and as such it’s not related to the files on the server. You website loads just fine for me. If it’s a newly created website, then you may have to wait up to 72 hours before it starts to work everywhere due to DNS propagation.
