"textContent": "Navy99:\n\n> Hello, my hosting account if0_42112965 is shown in red in my InfinityFree dashboard.\n\nIt’s hidden in your post, but this here might be 95% of your answer. The remaining 5% is to click on your account and read the banner on the next page.\n\nThe answer is that your account is currently suspended for hitting the CPU limit. When you exceed the daily resource limits of your hosting account, the account will be suspended for 24 hours and automatically reactivated after that.\n\nNavy99:\n\n> I cannot access my website / hosting account properly. Sometimes I cannot access iFastNet, and I also had trouble receiving the password reset email. I am not sure if the problem is IP blocking, account suspension, or hosting account deactivation.\n\nThat’s a very broad set of issues, including some systems where are completely unrelated to each other (password reset emails do not touch iFastNet systems at all, and are related to your client area profile, not your hosting account).",
