Cannot access iFastNet / InfinityFree website and hosting account issue

I cannot access my website / hosting account properly. Sometimes I cannot access iFastNet, and I also had trouble receiving the password reset email. I am not sure if the problem is IP blocking, account suspension, or hosting account deactivation.

Hello, my hosting account if0_42112965 is shown in red in my InfinityFree dashboard. This hosting account contains two websites/domains: https://authenticmatcha.infinityfreeapp.com https://joomlaauthenticmatcha.infinityfreeapp.com I need both websites for my school assignment, and my deadline is 29 June. Could you please help me check why this hosting account is red and tell me how I can reactivate or access it again? Thank you.
