I don’t know enough about Drupal to be able to tell you based on your description alone. Can you please tell us more about the issue? Are you trying to install Drupal with Softaculous or manually? Do you see the issue on your website too? Can you provide a link where we can see the blank page, or possibly instructions on how we can get to that page?
