I’m not sure what else I can tell you. The domain is fully up and is reachable from all over the world. I cannot explain the issue that you’re having, but based on my best guess, even if I did, I don’t think it’s a problem we can fix from our end. Did you also try what @Meishin recommended in the very first reply you got?
