  "textContent": "If the old SQLite database file was overwritten or deleted when you uploaded the new folder, unfortunately InfinityFree does not keep backups of website files that users can restore.\n\nYou can only recover the old database contents if:\n\n  * You have a backup of the old `.sqlite`, `.db`, or similar database file on your computer.\n\n  * The old database file still exists somewhere in your account under a different name or location.\n\n\n\n\nPlease check your File Manager or FTP client to see whether the old database file is still present. If it was overwritten and you don’t have a backup, then the old database contents cannot be recovered through InfinityFree.",
