Request for Help: Preserving Important Website Memories and Database Backup

This is the community support forum of a free hosting service. We are happy to help you when you are running into issues, but you have to keep a few things in mind:

• Free hosting is a commodity service. There is one plan, with one feature set, which is the same for everyone. We do not provide customized offerings to anyone under any circumstances, for both technical and policy reasons.
• Everyone here except for me are community volunteers. They do not have any system access and cannot do or check anything, they can only advise you based on the information you provide.
• The only time when I will actually make changes is if our service is not working as intended.

You asked how to make a backup. The answer is FTP. You may not like that answer, but that doesn’t change the facts.

If you want to try something else, please go ahead and try. But if it doesn’t work, then don’t bother try asking us to make it work for you, because we won’t, we’ll just tell you to use FTP again.

A suggestion: if you are planning to delete certain data from your account, you could also export that over FTP first and then delete it from your account to free up space. Then you may be able to use other backup methods. That might be a useful workaround if exporting everything over FTP is not practical.
