Request for Help: Preserving Important Website Memories and Database Backup

I have nothing to add here. The recommended way to backup your website is to download the files over FTP. It works reliably regardless of website size and does not consume any disk space, CPU usage or other website resources while the backup is being made. Yes, it can be slow, especially if your latency to the FTP server is high. But it does work, which means you can make a backup that way. I cannot make backups for you.
