  "textContent": "The problem is that I have already tried downloading my website files, but because my account storage is completely full, I keep running into errors and I am unable to create a proper backup.\n\nI understand that InfinityFree does not provide backups for free accounts, and I am not asking for permanent extra storage. I am only trying to save my website and database before anything is lost.\n\nWould it be possible to suggest any alternative way to download all files when the account is at the storage limit? Or is there any way to temporarily free enough space so I can create and download a backup?\n\nI would greatly appreciate any guidance.\n\nThank you for your time and support. :::",
