Account Suspended for abuse

Welcome to the forum. I’m sorry to hear its under these negative conditions. I’ve moved this to its own thread so we can provide individual support. For cases of suspension you have to raise a support ticket from the banner in your dashboard. This forum is a community forum, and we cannot help you here. Suspensions are handled by IFastNet (who provide the infrastructure InfinityFree runs on), and so they are the only ones who can provide a reason for the suspension, or a backup. Please understand in severe cases, such as hosting illegal or pornographic content, they may not reply to the ticket, or may refuse to provide a backup.
