Unable to Add Domain After Deleting Previous Hosting Account

Hello, I am experiencing an issue adding my custom domain to my new InfinityFree hosting account.

Domain: sureshshrestha12.com.np

Previously, this domain was connected to hosting account: if0_41691727. I deleted that hosting account on 2026-06-06 and then created a new hosting account. After creating the new account, I attempted to add the same domain again.

However, I receive the following errors:

• “An error occurred while connecting to the hosting platform. Please try again later or use the control panel.”

I have already tried the following:

• Removed and re-added the domain multiple times
• Verified DNS settings and nameservers
• Recreated the hosting account
• Cleared browser cache and retried

The issue started only after deleting the old hosting account. Because the domain was previously working on account if0_41691727, I suspect the domain may still be associated with the deleted account or there may be a stale configuration in the system.

Could you please check whether sureshshrestha12.com.np is still linked internally to the old hosting account and, if so, release it so that it can be added to my new hosting account?

If this is not the cause of the issue, could you please investigate and identify the actual root cause? I would appreciate it if you could let me know exactly what is preventing the domain from being added, whether it is related to DNS settings, nameserver configuration, domain verification, a backend system issue, or any other problem, and provide the appropriate steps to resolve it.
