For starters, there is no “server crash”. Our hosting has been working perfectly as designed the entire time.

So why are you unable to upload additional data? Simple: because you’ve reached the disk space limit for your account.

Please try and reduce your disk space usage. When your usage drops, you’ll be able to add more data again.
